How to open a chinatown restaurant in Charlotte

I can’t wait to open my first restaurant in downtown Charlotte.

It’ll be the first in Charlotte and the first to be locally owned.

I’m excited to be opening with my husband and our son.

I’ve had the great fortune to work with a great team of local chefs and I’m looking forward to building a great restaurant for the community and for my clients.

I have a full-time chef, a full kitchen staff and my family are committed to making my dining experience a great one.

My family and I have been very fortunate in the last 10 years to grow Chinatown restaurant, which has now become one of the fastest growing restaurants in the Southeast.

We’ve expanded the dining options, including our signature dishes, and added more of our own creations.

The food has grown with us, and now we’re able to bring it to our customers with a fresh and innovative menu.

My goal is to provide the very best in Charlotte to our community.
