Restaurant closures in Germany as police investigate gang rape

GERMANY – The owners of a German restaurant have announced they will close their doors for the foreseeable future after authorities found a gang rape at the premises.

German newspaper Bild reports police found a victim’s body inside a locked car at a restaurant in the city of Graz on Sunday.

The restaurant, Grand Rapids restaurant, was owned by the same owners of the neighboring restaurant Grand Rapids.

The owners said they were shocked to learn that their restaurant was the site of a gang-rape.

The owners have since closed the restaurant.

The owner of the restaurant, Martin Schreiber, said they plan to reopen the restaurant when the police investigate the matter.

Police in the German city of Trier have been investigating a rape in which a woman and a man were allegedly raped and gang-raped.
