New York restaurant Soul Food Restaurant (SFS) has opened its first ever location in Manhattan, and it’s serving up some of the world’s most decadent lobster rolls.
The lobster roll is served as a dipping sauce for a lobster patty, and the lobster burger is topped with a lobster sauce.
Soul Food is serving its signature lobster roll at five locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, according to the restaurant’s Facebook page.
“We were lucky enough to have our first New York location open up in May,” SFS founder and CEO Matthew C. Tomsaid told The Boston Globe.
“The lobster roll has become one of our signature dishes, and with the help of the community, we’ve created a new world of flavors for our loyal customers.”
Soul Food has been serving up a lobster-and-coconut lobster roll for about 10 years, but this is the first time it’s offered a lobster dish.
The restaurant was founded by Tomsid in 2015.
