The American Council of Culinary Arts (ACCA) is the largest non-profit association for the culinary arts, having grown out of the Culinary Institute of America in 1912.
Its members include the likes of George Stella, chef-owner of Stella’s Tacos, and the late chef David Chang, who was once chef-in-chief at Culinary Palace.
ACCA also has a longstanding tradition of serving up some of the best food in the city.
But its culinary talent extends far beyond its namesake, and it’s now serving up a number of amazing food spots in Manhattan.
These are some of our favorite spots in the boroughs most popular neighborhoods.
