A new Jewish restaurant is coming to Georgetown.
Hell’s Kitchen restaurant is opening Thursday at the corner of South Street NW and S. Broadway NW.
The restaurant is expected to be open for lunch, lunch and dinner on Saturdays and Sundays.
The owner of Hell’s Kitchen, Michael O’Brien, said the restaurant is a “family restaurant,” meaning that it will be a family business, with no employees or customers on site.
O’Connor said the new restaurant will be family-friendly.
“It’s a small restaurant,” O’Connor said.
“It’s for all ages.”
The restaurant will offer vegetarian and vegan options, as well as kosher and halal options.
“We are taking a risk, to bring our food to the world,” O,Brien said.
He said the goal is to serve food that reflects the diversity of the city.
The company is hoping to open in mid-June.
